Wrights Point Apartments

Really love this complex, the landlord is extremely responsive and they have a separate maintenance form so you don't have to go through anyone else to get something fixed. (They fix any issues within 1-2 days.) Additionally, the location is great. It's in Northern Kentucky, near the highway (about 5 minutes away from the exit, so you don't hear any noise) but it's only a 15 minute drive to the University. The complex itself is nice - has a pool, tennis court, gym, clubhouse area with complementary coffee. My apartment in particular is very roomy, clean, updated, etc. Great place to live and a great landlord company to work with.

GREAT Property! The location is great, the community is great, and the landlord is great. The apartment was clean and renovated when we moved in. There is a lot of storage space and even the second bedroom is large. Any problem that we've had (which haven't been big issues) are immediately fixed by maintenance. (Literally, sometimes within the same hour!) The location is nice and secluded, on a hill with lots of trees to create a feeling of privacy. There is a pool, gym, clubhouse, and tennis court all on the property that is available for use by residents and lots of space to walk around, let your dog out, etc. The landlord also does a great job of getting the community involved - halloween porch contests, pumpkin pies for thanksgiving, etc. Honestly plan on staying here for a while and if I move, it's going to be into another Towne Properties apartment.

Wright’s Point is a great place to live for young professionals. It is tucked away in a very quiet wooded neighborhood perfect for studying. The property and apartments are very clean with up-to-date amenities and friendly and accommodating staff. Although in Kentucky, it is about a 15 minute drive to campus. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
