Terrible Management, Great Location

The place is terribly managed. Only agree to live here if you are planning to room with at least two or three other people you know (there are 6 total bedrooms). The roommates are a complete crapshoot, and I wound up with two nutcases. The management also allowed our broken down appliances to fester, claiming that they're in working order even though they are obviously not. The communal spaces are only nice if you are really friendly with all of your roommates; even being on bad terms with one or two can make daily life a pain.
