Great location, bad space
The apartment is 900 square feet for 3 people. The living room and kitchen are nearly nonexistent. It's a terrible squeeze to fit all three of us in the living room at one time if we care to watch a movie / television together. Basically impossible to fit non roommates in. There is also no storage space outside of bedroom closets and bathroom cabinets. Washing machine is unusually small.
All this being said, the location is unbeatable as we live on Franklin St. and are walking distance from every restaurant we'd like to attend.

Great Location on Franklin
This location is right on Franklin and walkable to Carrboro. The appartment has exposed brick walls and new stainless steel appliances. There is a small balcony overlooking a cute courtyard. Walls are a little thin (sometimes you hear upstairs neighbors).
