Newly renovated in old neighborhood
We love living here. No noisy undergrad neighbors and super close to 2 parks (1 is essentially out backyard). Laundry is not horribly priced. Only issue is not much storage and water pressure when multiple people in the building are showering or doing laundry. Sunlight is insane in the best way possible.
