Garden unit apartment!
I am very happy so far with my apartment. It is a garden unit so it gets cold and also not the most sunlight. But overall, I am very happy with the space.

Review of 836 S Bishop
I absolutely love my apartment. I do have a small room which translates to a small closet, however my roommate and I have a lot of storage space. My landlord is fantastic and extremely responsive. He and his wife are so kind and welcoming and our maintenance/handyman is very kind and courteous as well. We have plenty of security with our apartment and the other tenants are great as well, upstairs from us are 2 M4s. My only other "complaint" is that we are a basement floor apartment and so sun and window views are limited!
