Solid Apartment near School

7-10 minute walk from school. Street parking that you pay for through the city. Safe. No pet animals. Recently renovated. Great responsible leasing. Fast maintenance response time.

Little Italy, 2 Blocks Away From Rush

I've lived here with my roommate for four years and it has been incredibly convenient to be so close to campus. The apartment is small but cozy with a long hallway where there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms. At the end of the hallway, there are a few stairs leading down to a den with a decent-sized kitchen and living room space. In-unit washer/dryer. Not pet-friendly if that matters to you! Also, not an apartment complex in the sense that there are no amenities (gym, pool, etc.) Overall- a very cozy apartment with easy access to Taylor street and Rush and a great place to live!

Nice, but a little pricey

I have lived with the same management company for almost 4 years and they have been very good to me and my roommate. A lot of the apartments managed by the company have been recently renovated, including the one I currently live in, although the rent can be a little steep for a student. They are very responsive to any maintenance issues. It is also super close to campus which comes into handy for the geographically challenged (like me) or if you have to walk home late from the hospital.
