Solid Choice for Law Students
Great, quiet location. Maintenance is pretty responsive and the apartment manager is nice and responsive as well. We had some water issues in the beginning (the building is from the 60s or 70s), but they've since been repaired. I'd recommend.

Good for a student.
My apartment is good for a student, but I am excited to leave after graduating. The complex is a standalone building with no amenities (i.e. pool or gym) and no leasing office. Washers/dryers are shared between all the tenants, which I hate. There is no storage space in the apartment, aside from the small walk in closet in the bedroom. There is no pantry, no coat closet, and no closet on the balcony, so we've really had to minimize how much stuff we have. The apt. is right across the street from a UT shuttle stop, and just a few blocks from the drag. I feel safe; even though there are a ton of car break-ins and peeping tom reports in the larger neighborhood, I never hear of any issues on the premises. When I first moved in, the grassy common area was kept clean, but lately there is a ton of dog poop, so that's annoying.
