Good but wish it was slightly cheaper

As far as the motel-ish apartment options north of campus goes, this one was far better! Courtyard-facing entry doors lend a sense of safety and privacy that larger apartment complexes lack. Additionally, it's close enough to campus and other needed resources - like groceries! A bit small apartments but altogether pretty good.

Decent

My apartment complex is safe and quiet. The apartments are a little on the smaller and older side but management is quick to respond to any issues. Parking can be an issue as there are no lines so you’re at the whim of everyone else and their parking habits. Overall a great complex!
