Good bang for buck
The price is great for the location and the apartments themselves are nice. Landlord is a large rental company and this is not one of their premiere/luxury properties, so they can be difficult to deal with.
All told, if you're a graduate student who is looking for something close to campus but significantly cheaper than Aura/Sabina/Troubadour, I would recommend this.
