Great Apartment Close to Campus
The building is beautiful and very modern. The landlord is pretty responsive. The best part about the apartment is that it's a 15 minute walk to Rush and right off of Taylor Street, the heart of Little Italy. Highly recommend!

overall the apartment is great. i wish there was more storage. I also wish the amenities were split between the 3 roommates more evenly. right now one person has the larger master bedroom with a double sink, walk-in shower, and hardwood floor while the other two have smaller rooms with carpet, smaller closets, and share a single-sink bathroom. The living room kitchen living space is well updated, wth fire place stone counters and gas range. in unjit washer dryer. Management is semi-responsive. Neighbors are nice, quiet, mostly families. the location is great with restaurants on the other side of the complex, a short walk to school or even shorter bus ride, easily can come home during breaks.
