Affordable close to campus

It is not like a lot of the other nice places, but my rent is super affordable and my landlord is nice. There is a LOT of space for one person and good natural light as well.

Apartment easily accessible to DU students.

All the basic needs of the building are met - the property is fine, and the building manager is very friendly and helpful as and when needed. The building also has a club room and a swimming pool for the residents which will be open during summer from memorial day weekend to labor day weekend.
