The Mint Review
The Mint is located right across from downtown Brickell and is much quieter than Brickell which I really like! The views from my apartment are very nice as well and it is about a 10 minute walk to the Government Center metro station and a 15 minute walk to the Brickell metro station. The building is very safe and has great amenities, and there are a few other med students that also live in the building. It is also close to both Brickell and Downtown, which is nice when trying to meet up with friends. However moving in was hard to coordinate with management and I wish I was slightly closer to the Brickell metro station. I also wish there were more parking spaces included (there is only 1 space that comes with our apartment, but there are two of us living in this unit). Overall I would recommend living here.
