Brickell View Terrace

The building is well equipped with a huge common area for work/study, a library and gym. Each unit comes with complimentary parking for 1 car in the adjacent parking lot. Floor space is very open and generous for roommates or a family, without being on top of each other. All major appliances are modern/upgraded and included in the unit. Very pet friendly! You'll likely have a pup or two in the elevator ride with you. Management office and maintenance are pretty responsive and helpful with addressing any concerns. One downside, no additional closet storage for cleaning supplies/vacuum.

It's a good place to live especially for students. It's close to the metro yet still quiet. There is a community lounge and study lounge on the 15th floor along with a small gym. There is one parking spot included with each unit and then parking can be purchased in the garage for $120 a month. Each month they come into the unit for pest control and air filter changes. The building is responsive to maintenance requests. Overall it is a nice place to live.

Living at BVT has been phenomenal, especially for the price (relative to other apartments and condos in Brickell). I really appreciate the location because it's steps away from the metro and very close to places to eat and get coffee (Capital One!). The apartments are spacious with beautiful kitchens, plenty of storage, and a lot of natural light. It's pet friendly and has a lot of amenities available including a gym, two study areas, and terraces. The building is also extremely secure - security guard is downstairs and everyone only has access to their own floor and the amenities floor. Not to mention the views are incredible. The only downside to living here is the parking situation - the garage is available to the public and residents are not assigned spaces. Sometimes you can park on the 2nd floor and other days you're on the 10th floor. That being said, I would definitely live here again and I would strongly recommend it!
