Good living, good rooms, but not total package
I am someone who enjoys living on my own and this provides a great room and housing to do so in. It's very similar to dorm rooms like on college campuses. The rooms come slightly furnished, with a dresser, desk with chair, and twin sized bed. The amenities are perfect for someone like me who moved from out of state and could not afford to move all of my furniture across state lines. There are a couple kitchen areas, but they are shared. There are several little kitchenettes on the floor that are easy and convenient. The only drawback I would warn new comers is there are a lot of rules to abide by and agree to live by before moving in. It's very quiet and great for studying, everyone is respectful and friendly. The place is very safe, there is a person managing the front desk at almost all times.
