Overall good experience, spaceous for the price, great amenities and close to school and grocery stores, and gym. Love the roof top, and elevator and central AC. No pests/ mice.

Great building and area
Not a lot of complaints here. The 464 & 466 Commonwealth Ave apartments are very conveniently located. Some of the apartments are much nicer than others, so be sure to look into each apartment thoroughly. It's a cool place to live in general and a great area.

Safe, clean and location, location, location
Braemore is fantastic. Laundry, doorman, manager on site, and the beautiful patio just make this place on of a kind. It has a glamorous hallway which impresses all my guests and it always smells very good. I never had any mouse or cockroaches issues. It's a piece of mind for an affordable price.
