Duplex apartment
It's a typical leasing company's landlord place. There's mold in my shower, paint on trim, but it holds my stuff. Decent kitchen, just not a lot of storage so had to make some up. Decent rent though

Courtside Townhomes is great.
I've enjoyed my time at Courtside Townhomes. My biggest compliment is the management. They've been responsive, prompt, and they've given us adequate notice anytime they've needed to enter our unit for upkeep. My only complaint is the amount of bugs I've noticed around the unit. That being said, management sprayed our unit for bugs and has made efforts to keep them out. Somehow, they just keep appearing regardless of these efforts.
