So far not bad
So far the property and management have been fairly reasonable. I haven't had to get into any early stages of legal action just to have a functioning apartment so that's a plus. Hoping they maintain the same attitude towards moving out. I have heard several residents get upcharged during room inspections with unreasonable fees and charges.

Legends Place
The complex has a lot of students living there. The apartment is furnish so just bring things you need or want to share. Each room has its own bathroom so you don't have to walk out. There is a small gym, a game room, a pool with hammocks. You are also able to grill. You don't have to pay for parking but if you want to you can. Its a friendly place to live. There is a bus stop in front of the apartment complex where you can take the bus to school if you choose not to drive. The apartment comes with a washer & dryer, heating and AC as well.

Good price off campus
Legends Place is pretty nice. Lots of undergrad students live here, but the apartments are nice. Private bedroom and bath and then shared living room and kitchen. There is a pool and gym available at the office.

If you can find good roommates, good place
Landlords respond quickly to most requests. When our fridge broke, they were there within hours. When my window shade fell, they were there within the hour. When I first moved in and complained about large stains on my carpet, no response.
We were charged at the end of the year for non-existent carpet stains in the living room and were unsuccessful at disputing the charges until one of my roommates’ parents stepped in.
Without roommates this place is not spectacular and most people living here are undergrads. With good roommates it was a good experience, but I don’t know how good their roommate matching service is because I knew my roommates prior to this.

Other tenants are the biggest drawback of this complex
The apartment wasn't a bad looking place for the amount of rent being charged and amenities included. It didn't have the newest stuff, but it was a decent looking apartment. It's also in a good part of town. My biggest issue/concern was safety (from other residents and their guests) and noise.
I know student apartments are generally noisy, especially on weekends, but the apartment didn't seem to do anything about noise complaints. Police were always showing up, probably bc it's easier to call the police about noise/partying/strangers lurking around the complex than the complex management. The police actually get extra people not living in the apt to leave.
When I first moved in to the complex, a roommate warned me to be careful about other tenants and their guests bc theft and safety was a serious issue there.
I ended up moving out after 3 months bc I didn't feel safe or comfortable living there.
