Belle Harbour
Overall experience has been great! Amazing management and no security concerns. The only thing that is not great is the cost of rent, as it is one of the most expensive places in Memphis. Also, cooling the apartment has been a challenge at times, and it's far from everything except school.

very safe and convenient
I really enjoy living here. A lot of students across all UTHSC health tracks live here. There's a pool, a gym, great outdoor space, tennis court, study space, rec room, and it's very close to the greenbelt which I love. I also like the house-like apartment rather than 1 big building. Maintenance is always so kind to us and they take care of problems almost immediately. The gate is nice, it really gives me peace of mind living downtown, and the island in general is awesome

Very nice, safe, and responsive apartment complex
I have had a wonderful experience so far at Belle Harbour. The pool is one of the best-looking pools I've seen at Memphis apartments and the amenities such as the gym, work room, etc. are all very well kept and nice. Management is very responsive, maintenance has always been quick and helpful. The landscaping is beautiful, and the apartments are very nice. Not every apartment is super updated, but they still look great and are very spacious. The complex is tucked away and gated which makes it feel very safe. Also, being able to enjoy the green space right by the Mississippi river is great. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Nice Place to Live as a Student
I've had mostly good experiences living here. The maintenance staff is nice and will fix things as quickly as they can. We did have one instance though where our a/c went out in the winter and they said they couldn't fix it until it got above a certain temperature outside. Parking is never an issue and the amenities are nice. The leasing office employees are sometimes a little rude but you can manage.

Belle Harbour
Complex is gated, which I think is worth it. Haven't had security issues in the 2 years I've been here. Management is nice and responsive. There are renovated and unrenovated units, so prices vary. Pool area is great, there are also tennis courts, a rec room, and gym. Business center is a nice study spot sometimes but it's small. Lots of med students (M1s mainly) and other UTHSC students. FYI, if you get a 3rd floor unit you will probably have a gas fireplace which cuts out some square footage (didn't know this until I moved in). But the fireplace is great if the power goes out in the winter! Also if you tour, ask how the heating/ac works between the units. We didn't find out until we moved in that the guest bedroom in our floorplan basically gets no heat/ac. Maintenance guy said it's a problem in all of the units and wasn't really able to fix it, which drives up our utility bill.

Expensive but Solid Choice
Very quiet with apartments that face the river. Management has been quick to respond to issues. Plenty of parking. Small kitchen. Kind of a longer drive to a lot of places across town.
