Blue Sky Loft
Great Location, easy to walk to school. Overall nice neighbors. The street noise is my issue, not tenant noise.

Expensive but great location
1 bedroom is really a studio, maintenance is slow to respond, significant yearly rent increases.

Solid Studio Close to the Law Building
Overall very good experience: management company is easy to work with, apartment was in good shape upon move in. My unit in particular has a large patio and a wood-burning fireplace and is about a 10 minute walk to the law building. Only major drawbacks would be the kitchen is quite small (only about 2 square feet of counter space) and there is no A/C, so on 90 degree plus days, it gets really hot in the apartment and there is no space for a window A/C unit.

Great place
I have been living there for half a year and am very satisfied with everything the apartment has to offer. Parking is available at a reasonable price, and they are doing renovations on an already-acceptable fitness center. On top of that, the leasing staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are not very large but reasonably priced considering it is RIGHT next to campus (and more importantly the Dark Horse.) The only downside is the neighbors are not friendly and I don't know anyone that lives around me.
