Solana Apartments Review
Very nice and friendly property managers. I haven't had any issues yet so I am not sure how responsive they are if something is wrong. The units are clean, washers, dryer, microwaves, dishwasher, and fridge are all included, there are hardwood floors, it's dog friendly, and I feel really safe here. It is somewhat pricey and I was disappointed in the fact some things are not included in the rent, for the price it costs to live here. Water and trash is the only thing included in the rent, and you'll have to get gas and electricity in your name. Deposits are pricey if you pay upfront. But you get a nice balcony, and corner units get "private" stairways, which you share with one other tenant above/below you. It's surprisingly nice but hard to get furniture up and down. There is a nice BBQ/lounge area, a nice pool, and really nice little gym. Plus there are a decent amount of shaded/grass areas for dogs to use. No dog park, but a lot of dog poop bag stations. There is covered parking and some units get private garages. It's been pretty quiet other than the freeway noise, which you're literally living right next to. The surrounding area seems nice and I can walk my dog down the streets. Depending on which units you're in, you can get a pretty view of the mountains but I have noticed some units don't seem to get much sun through the windows. Lastly, it is about 17-20 minutes way from the school.
