These apartments are very well kept, in a good area of town, and are super spacious!

Perfect for graduate students
The property is great. Very polished, and affordable. Graduate students only, so great for law school. Is affordable for just two people, so my roommate and I use our third bedroom as an office. The kitchen appliances work well. I also have caged small animals that I am not charged a pet fee for. It is right by the MKT, so I've been able to go on walks or get outside more than at my previous rentals. Lots of storage, including an outdoor storage closet next to every front door. There is a back deck that overlooks some woods. It is tucked away, so less distractions, but still in the center of Columbia. I also leased from MPG previously, and I did not have any issues when receiving the return of my security deposit (we did clean it very well). I had a maintenance request that was handled very thoroughly and professionally.
