Apt is great, some neighbors are not
Apt is actually very good, landlord is excellent, but some neighbors are inconsiderate and cause a nuisance

Quiet and off the beaten path
Despite the fact that it’s off two major thoroughfares (Airline and Bluebonnet), Lake Plaza apartments are tucked back in a very quiet part of town. Each unit is owned or rented through landlords, rather than a realty company. The complex is fairly well maintained (nothing spectacular, but very on par for what’s expected at the price point). We’ve had no issues with neighbors or noise and would recommend this complex to those who are looking for a low key living environment
