Barton is Pricey, but Worth it
The Barton is not cheap, but I have everything I need in my building or within walking distance. There are 2 grocery stores in walking distance, multiple restaurants, and lots of other exciting things. School is a 6-7 min drive. The Barton provides a gym, pool, common area, secure package area, printer, computers, covered and gated parking, and they put on events every month that are free for residents. The actual apartments are huge and have nice finishes and modern technology, which provides for precise temperature control from your phone. Great views of downtown Clayton too.

Barton
Pretty overpriced for the amount of space and the fact that no utilities are included. Price goes towards location and the amenities. Office staff has changed frequently. Honestly not worth the price

Love this building
The Barton is a little pricey, but in my opinion worth it. Living alone as a female can be scary and the building has great security and is located in a safe area. The amenities are also great, there's a gym, pool, locked package room, free coffee/tea machine, free printing. The apartment itself has in unit laundry and a built in fireplace which are both so convenient.
