Citizen park

Everyone in the building is extremely nice and very helpful. The building is also very quiet and clean and overall well managed. The commute to campus is also very short.

Modern Apartment in the CWE

The building and unit is very modern and sleek. And while the rent is high for the space compared to other building in STL, the location in the Central West End justifies the price. The building is pretty centrally located and is in walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the city. Highly recommend the building if you value being located in an active, bustling part of the city.

Citizen Park

Great apartment building with everything you could ever want, but definitely on the more expensive side. It is super safe and has a very nice garage. I love the central west end area, but I would recommend students look in this area, but likely in a cheaper building because this isn't very reasonable for students.

Citizen Park: A Quick Review

The third floor is a great communal space that is good for a change of scenery from your apartment. The gym is convenient to have. Having a pool-table, and a pool are great for time to relax.
Very secure, with a concierge.
Management are friendly, and understanding.
The Central West End is a vibrant social hub, but not noisy to distract studying.
