Loud, but Good Amenities
If you’re concerned about neighbor noise, this is not the place to live! The walls are quite thin and there are many undergraduate students who are loud and inconsiderate. If noise isn’t an issue for you, the apartments themselves are very nice and the amenities are great.

Hudson review
Overpriced and some sloppy craftsmanship, but good utilities and common space

Thin walls, but nice spaces
The amenities are nice and the apartments are nice. The walls are thin and it’s very easy to hear your neighbors all the time.

Nice units, delayed construction, horrible management
I was duped into signing the lease by being told that the building would be just finishing up construction. Once I arrived on site, the building was barely even livable. I had my individual unit but nothing else. I was then reassured that construction would wrap up by 11/1. It is now January and it is not even close. No amenities (except for the gym, which only just opened about a month ago). Management is very elusive and vague. Countless packages have gone missing / have been stolen. Doors have been left unlocked posing a grave security threat.

Fraud and Misrepresentation
This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The building is still under construction, and the property managers are some of the most incompetent and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. The complex is crime ridden, cheap, and poorly managed. My walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbors as if they’re in the same room as me. If I could give this apartment, I would. Never rent with Lux or the Hudson ever.

Okay but needs improvement, especially for the price
It is still under construction and while management tries to be responsive there are a lot of things that need to be improved. I.e building security, timeliness of finishing tasks, lack of efficiency in providing services/biting off more than they can chew (eg. they gave scooters for tenants to use around the city back in the beginning of December, this was not a service the tenants requested or were expecting so it was a nice surprise. They made a big show of announcing but still it is almost February and no one can use the scooters because they haven’t worked out a liability contract. The scooters have just been gathering dust since December)

Not as nice as it seems
The gym is great and I love my apartment’s interior features, but the common spaces are often messy, the walls are quite thin (so neighbors are easy to hear and it’s expensive to heat and cool), and management is disorganized and unhelpful. Additionally, much of the constructions seems to have been done hastily. There are paint drips all over my apartment, the cabinet doors are wonky, and my windows still have plastic on them that I can’t remove myself. I don’t think it’s worth it for the price and I am planning to move to a different apartment as soon as my lease is up.
If you’re looking at Lux Living in general, be aware that in my experience they are not straightforward about any questions you ask. They’ll just tell you what you want to hear. Construction on the building I live in was supposed to be done before I moved in and is not even close to finished six months later. I would recommend not signing a lease with them.
