Good for No Roommates
This place is decent. It's not a far drive from campus, and it's close to the Suncrest towncenter where the nice Kroger and several good restaurants are. I like living alone, and this place is on the quieter side since there aren't many undergrads living here. There is a pool, tennis court, and a basketball hoop. I have a washer and dryer in my apartment that came with it. The biggest downside is if you don't live in a top-floor apartment, you can hear literally everything the upstairs neighbors do, so keep that in mind. The parking is good here, you don't have to pay, and I've never had a friend towed from here. I keep my desk in the livingroom, and every livingroom here has a massive window comprising one entire wall, so you do get good sunlight. They are responsive to maintenance requests. Everyone here has dogs that they walk around--they do require you submit all vaccination records and stuff like that for your animals, so make sure those are up to date and that you have a reliable vet in town.

Average Apartment Complex
It's fine for what it is; slightly overpriced. If you want to live alone, this works. I would recommend living somewhere with a second bedroom if at all possible, that way you can have a designated office. Having the office in the livingroom makes this feel like a shoebox. It is in good proximity to the HSC. There can be traffic incoming from the interstate if you get on the road at the wrong time. They are pet friendly. The pool is nice. There are tons of units. There really aren't many students who live here.

It has positives and negatives
Our experience has been mixed.
The negatives: when we toured, they said the rent could be paid by credit card and there was a "deal" for the month we were planning to sign where there would be no deposit. I confirmed that a couple times, since I thought that was strange and I was not surprised when they said we had to pay a deposit. My significant other is international and she was going to cover rent with a credit card, but the option to pay with credit card on their site is down and has been down and will continue to be down indefinitely. So that was a strange experience.
When we were trying to sign the lease, the management's "internet" and "phone lines" and "email" were all down for about 2-3 weeks. So we were in the dark ~3 weeks before the move in date, which was also shortly before starting classes. Other tenants had issues- we met a friend of a tenant in the office who was there to renew their friend's lease since the office had not been returning phone calls, emails, or messages for weeks.
The apartment was not clean when we arrived, so I spent the first two weeks deep cleaning- hair everywhere, cabinets dirty, sinks that were clogged, and mold in some areas. Some of that is the previous tenant's lack of cleanliness but the management apparently had someone clean the apartment. The mold was easy to remove (just buy a bleach solution for mold). The management assisted with the mold removal.
This might be bad luck, but my mountain bike was stollen three months after moving in. It was stored outside, beneath a staircase, and covered by a bike tarp, hard to see from the driveway. The bike was attached to a post with a U-lock and the wheels were locked together with a cable lock and special wheel locks, but they still stole it. The apartment is not in a densely populated area, and you have to drive through the entire apartment complex to get to our building, a 1/3 mile drive from the main road.
Positive: The management and maintenance has been very courteous about things being broken or dirty. They have replaced lots of things in the apartment. For example, the microwave when we moved in was in terrible shape, like the door was falling off and they replaced it with a new one for free.
The apartment rooms themselves are nice, especially for the price. The view is great, and we are close to the HSC, about a 10-15 minute drive during rush hour traffic. Be sure to take into account the traffic during rush hour when finding an apartment. Our apartment is a 5 minute drive without traffic.
There are two nice mountain biking trails near the apartment. I would bike to them but I am too afraid of biking on the roads here.

Great place to live!
I have enjoyed staying here! It is relatively safe, not noisy, very spacious, and has great views. I have a had few issues so far.
