Windwood is top tier
I’ve lived in my 1 bedroom at Windwood for 3 years. Never had a problem with managers. Apartment is amazing for the price you pay. Comes with in house washer dryer.

Great Place to Live
This is an amazing location. It takes me about 7 minutes to get from my apartment to the Law School. It is close enough to things like gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants but still far enough off of the main part of Van Voorhis that it is not super noisy and there aren't a bunch of students/other people walking around outside of your apartment. The rent price is very fair, and much cheaper than other places I have stayed. For a one-bedroom one-bathroom apartment, it is very spacious. The living room is very open, the kitchen is a very good size, and there is a small spot for a dining table. The bathroom is a good size for only one person. The bedroom is very spacious and has a spacious closet in it. There is a small closet area that has a stacked washer and dryer in it so I did not have to pay for that or take my clothes to the laundromat like I did in previous places I left. There is also a very spacious storage closet next to it. All kitchen appliances were included, and that included an ice maker and garbage disposal. The only bills I have to pay for are rent, electric, and Wi-Fi. Getting wi-fi here was super easy. They have it all ready to be set up, all you have to do is open an account with Xfinity and have the equipment sent to you and you just plug it in. All of my neighbors are pretty considerate and don't usually get too noisy (and when they do at times it's during the day not in the evening). The two landlady's are very nice, considerate, and accommodating. Any time I have had a maintenance issue they have responded within a couple hours and it has been fixed within the day or the next day.

Highly Recommend this Property
I have lived in three different apartments in the five years I have been in Morgantown and this has been the best by far. I have had no problems at all in this housing. The apartment is very up-to-date in terms of appliances as well as flooring, lighting, etc. It is a pretty quiet community, with no real noise complaints or disturbances (you can hear noise from the stadium during home games). For a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment it is very spacious. There is a very good-sized coat closet as well as a very spacious bedroom closet. Great lighting in both the living room and the bedroom. It is in great proximity to the Law School (about a 6 or 7-minute drive depending on the time of day/traffic). The landlords are absolutely amazing. They respond quickly to any emails (they are also on site every day), very flexible, and understanding of many things. The one maintenance problem I have had (in the span of 5 months I have been there) was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Prior to this, I was living in West Virginia University-owned apartments for a similar price (not including the very pricey parking permit), and for the same price, I am in a much better quality and more spacious apartment. There is ample parking, you do not have to pay for it, the trash collection fee is taken care of (in apartments), and water is also included. I only pay for electricity and my bill has never exceeded $55. They offer a one-bedroom one-bathroom apartment, two-bedroom two-bathroom apartments, townhouses, and more. I would definitely recommend this property. It is also in close proximity to plenty of restaurants/bars/stores on the Evansdale campus as well as the Suncrest Town Center. But it is also far enough out of town that there isn't much noise or other disturbances of that nature.

Extremely good value, though few extra amenities
I've lived here all three years of law school. The area is quiet and safe, and there is never an issue parking in the small lot in front of my apartment building. The apartment itself is super nice and up to date with a ton of space. In Evansdale or closer to downtown this kind of apartment would be upwards of $1200/mo for a 1/1 yet I pay less than $900 including utilities. The only drawback is that the property doesn't have a pool or gym or really any other amenities. You're paying for your nice apartment and that's about it. My commute to school is about a 10 minute drive depending on traffic. Management is extremely responsive and maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours every time I've needed anything.

Great value in a quiet but not remote place
My apartment was clean and well maintained upon move in, in a quieter part of town, though still no more than a 10-15 minute drive to the law school. The area is safe and this is my second year there after resigning. There is always enough parking right near my door and nothing has broken or gone wrong in the time I've been there. Management is also super nice and responds quickly to issues. The apartment is also huge and comes equipped with appliances.

Incredible value in a quiet area
My experience at Windwood has been perfect. The apartment is huge, and everything is clean and works without an issue. The price for a 1 bedroom this well equipped and this large is unbeatable and I'm super happy. I can't offer any information about management because I haven't had to talk to them because there have been no problems. The area is quiet and safe and only a 10 minute commute to class. Only issues are no gym or pool on site so there are no real amenities with it.

Windwood Place
I moved to Windwood after having a bad experience at a different rental and I could not recommend it enough. It's a quiet neighborhood in a great location, and the property management is super kind and responsive. All units are modern with stainless steel appliances.
