4525 Freret st

Fantastic location, nice updated apartments that are not well built. Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors. Management company is awful. Gate for gated parking has been broken (left open) longer than it’s been working.

Apartment

Great experience love the location, don't love the management but maintenance is pretty responsive and helpful. Great area to live in, Freret has nice cafes/restaurants and a new Rouse's. 15-20 min walk to Audubon park. 15 min walk to St Charles. 20 min walk to Tulane undergrad campus.

Review of freret apartments

Great apartment; great location. Close to Claiborne and hwy access, but also good walking proximity to all of uptown New Orleans. Lots of new restaurants opening on freret, and a rouses 1 block from the apartment opening in 2021.
