Spacious unit with den and garage

My unit includes a den and a garage with storage. The management company is family-owned. The only issue is that the unit is colder in the winter due to the garage and the stairs.

Quiet, nice apartment on the west side of Lawrence

Many young professionals live here. It is quiet and calm. Management is good to work with. The apartments are nice, clean, and updated.

Great location

Never had an issue with apartment management or neighbors. I live within walking distance to rock chalk park.
