Quiet Community

Lots of dogs in the community. Very quiet neighbors and fast maintenance.

Park West Gardens Review

I’ve really enjoyed living at Park West Gardens! My favorite aspect of my apartment is it’s attached garage with direct entry to my apartment. It feels very safe to live alone in because of this. Overall the area is super quiet. It’s also only about 10-15 minutes from campus (depending on traffic/time of day) so it’s easy to get back and forth. I like that it’s not closer to campus because it gives me some separation between school & home life. I haven’t needed management for much because they take great care of the property but they’re always extremely responsive to questions. The only downside is it’s slightly pricier than some other options but you get what you pay for! For someone who values safety and quiet, the price is worth it.
