Great Location. Noisy People.
I love the location and the floor plans are nice and spacious. The washer and dryer situation is unfortunately not fantastic. Loads are expensive and the dryers are sometimes not powerful enough to get everything dry in one cycle. During the school year, the building can also be extremely loud. There are a lot of parties in the building and some residents are not very considerate of their neighbors. Additionally, while the building itself it very safe, it is not uncommon to hear drunk students stumbling in and yelling loudly at 4 am. Overall, there are some huge pluses, but an equal number of minuses as well.

Close to the School
Across the street from the Law School, onsite laundry, small gym, and indoor pool. Management company is responsive, but condos are individually owned and experience with different landlords may vary. First floor can by noisy on Friday and Saturday nights when drunk undergrads try to find the elevator, but otherwise quiet. "No Pets," but a lot of people have them.

Unit is nice, but HOA is MIA
The halls and public facilities look haunted, but the unit itself is nice.

perfect location, less than perfect building management
my apartment is in the perfect location for someone who doesn't drive. it's a 10 minute walk to the law school, 5 minutes to the grocery store, and on both the campus and city bus routes. the building itself however is not the nicest and often in disrepair. there are pros and cons to living anywhere, and I like living at spanish towers, but it is not for everyone.

The Spanish Towers
The building is nice and is run by very friendly, courteous people. Also, the complex is only a 10 minute walk from campus.
