Decent Apartment, No Issues with Management
Living here for 2.5 years, I have never had any big issues with management. Most of the time I report an issue they are able to fix it within a few days. As a non-traditional student, I preferred an apartment somewhat away from campus and undergraduate student life. This apartment is situated less than 10 minutes from the Law School and is quiet for the most part. Most of the other residents are professionals and families.
The complex is pet friendly and they often have deals allowing at least one pet to live in the complex without having to pay additional monthly fees. There is no pool or gym on the property, but residents are allowed access to the pool at another Metro owned complex in town.
The overall biggest complaint that I have is the stairwell. There is no elevator, which makes the stairs the only method of ingress and egress. This is not a problem, per se, but the stairs are fairly narrow and are, in my opinion, not in the best condition. This makes moving bulky items in and out very difficult and potentially hazardous.

Decent Apartment, No Issues with Management
I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and have very few complaints. I wanted an apartment closer to the Law School, but away from the main rows of student housing. My apartment had new carpet and flooring put in prior to moving in and had a great special my pet cat (pet fee, but monthly rent was waived for the first year).
I live in an end unit, so I cannot speak as accurately on noise as others, but there are times where I can hear loud music or noise through adjoining walls, but this is not overly distracting.
I live on the top floor, and the stairwells in my building are not the best. They are narrow, shift sometimes when carrying a heavy load, and are not covered. There is also no elevator. I will say that the maintenance team is very prepared for fowl weather and can often be seen salting and removing snow from the walkway in front of the buildings and plowing the parking lot.
I have never had an issue with parking, in fact, there seem to be more spaces than tenants. Any requests or maintenance issues that I have brought forth to management were often handled the same day or at least within a 24-48 hour period, if they were non-emergency.
The one main gripe that I do have is with the utilities, specifically electric. Because the building uses Electric AC/Heating, I find that my bill is considerably higher some months and that my unit is constantly running to maintain an adequate temperature. Expect to pay close to $100.00 a month for electricity in the winter months especially.
