Highly recommend Bayonne

I have lived at Bayonne since June 2023 and only have great things to say. It so extremely close to campus, it’s in a very safe area of Baton Rouge, management is super friendly, and repair requests are always taken care of very quickly. Amenities include a gym, a pool, outdoor study areas, dog park, etc. Mostly grad students and adults live here, so it’s pretty quiet for the most part. I highly recommend living here.

Dream Place

While Bayonne is not affordable for everyone, if you can live there, DO IT! I have lived at Bayonne for two years and its nothing short of a dream. My neighbors are amazing, the management is so kind, the working crew always have a joke to share, and everyone just genuinely cares about you. It is the safest I have ever felt in an area and I feel comfortable to walk around with the dog in the back area, no matter the time at night. It is the perfect place to live.

Very close to campus and safe

I have had no issues with this apartment and I have been here for 5 months now. I feel as though this complex is the safest, closest to campus, and nicest you can get!

Bayonne is the best bang for your buck

Bayonne is exceptionally close to campus and is clean, relatively quiet, and a fantastic place to live. It is safe and considering rent is comparable to other apartments in the area, I do not think a student can live in a better place.

Amazing for law students!!

So convenient to the school. Even in horrible afternoon traffic is never takes me more than 5-10 minutes to get home. You avoid all the horrible afternoon traffic of highland, burbank, and nicholson. Even in the mornings it takes me maximum 10 minutes to get to school and park. Super close to lots of stores and restaurants. Great location for gamedays, 1 mile walk home from the stadium and you don't have to get in a car and deal with contraflow. Very clean, quiet, and nice complex. Maintenance staff is very prompt and helpful. Great study space in the lounge. They really listen to their residents and try to make it the best environment possible for everyone! Theres students, post-grad, older couples, and families that live here so it balances out well.

Amazing for law students!!

Bayonne is perfect for law students. It may be on the pricier side (my share of rent for a 2 bedroom is $900 before utilities and about $1000 after utilities). However, the convenience cannot be beat. With those short lunch breaks it is very easy to just drive home and eat a quick lunch and be back at school with little to no traffic issues. It is quiet and very clean, and the management is very helpful. It has a trail to walk in the back, a gym, a pool, and great access to the LSU Lakes! It is also super easy to walk to and from on gamedays. It is close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores and the interstate is easily accessible.

Great place to live, but pricey/expensive

Bayonne is a great option for anyone looking for a luxury spot that's safe, clean, and secure. One of the best places to live as a student in BR.

Great management, prompt maintenance, and constant events going on.
