The Rowe Downtown GR
I love the location of the apartment. Although it is on a busy street, it is quiet. I enjoy the layout of our apartment and all the amenities.

Great complex! Modern. Includes washer/ dryer. Only downside is that it does not include parking

Secchia is a 5 min walk and, a great location in the city.

Change in management for the worse
Before Trinity took over The Rowe, I loved living there. It was very convenient for me and located in a central part of downtown Grand Rapids. Those things have not changed, so I was fine resigning my lease, but the new management company made me wish I did not. The maintenance requests I submit take a long time (1+ month) to get completed. Utilities (i.e sewage, water, trash removal) are no longer covered in my rent, and I am charged a monthly "pest fee" despite never having even a spider in my apartment. For this amount of money, I could easily find a larger apartment with utilities included.

Great apt complex close to Seccia
7min walk to Seccia. Quiet and pet friendly. Gym included but unfortunately don’t have any bench/squat/deadlift weight equipments. Secure/safe. Have storage rooms/lockers (need to pay)
Cons: Parking not included. $$$$$. Can be loud throughout the day (including night time) due to ambulances and firetrucks but you get used to it.
