Highly Recommend

Overall I really enjoy living here. I feel safe and love being so close to downtown. There is concrete between each resident apartment and floor which really makes a difference for noise. The only complaint I have is how expensive it is but I feel that the amenities and community and proximity make it worthwhile. It can also get a little noisy with concerts and surrounding events but this is to be expected living downtown in a big city.

Expensive but convenient

It’s a little pricier here, but the distance from Secchia is great! It’s right across the street from the MSU student parking so I realistically walk the same distance. It’s within walking distance of most things downtown and right off the highway so it’s easy to get out of town.
Maintenance is quick and kind here. Management is nice.

Awesome apartment building

Great apartment building with many other medical students. Right across the street from Secchia so walking to class is easy and only takes 5 minutes. There is a Sweetwaters coffee shop on the first floor which is convenient. You can pay for parking in the apartment building, although it is expensive. The building itself is great: the apartments are modern and nice, there is a gym and study area on the top floor as well as a rooftop deck with grills, fire pits, and lounge chairs that overlooks Grand Rapids.

.

The complex is super clean, safe, and quiet. Great for studying and has a lot of natural light. It's expensive but worth it for how close you are to the medical school.

Great Apartment with Everything I Could Want

601 Bond is the best place I could imagine living. Yes, it is relatively expensive, but you get what you pay for. The units have floorplans that maximize space and 9 ft ceilings. It has a ton of storage in the kitchen, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The units are very soundsproof and we've never heard our neighbors. The massive window is great for natural light. My wife and I are both within walking distance to Spectrum Butterworth which saves money on a second car. I cannot reccomend this place enough for those that can afford it.
