A good place to live for the price.

I think this place is very good for the price. I have never had any problems with the office, maintenance staff, or any of the neighbors. I don't use any of the amenities, but the laundry room is clean and all the equipment works. It is a little outdated and is not visually appealing, if that matters to you (it doesn't for me). There are a few families around and many residents have pets. It is right next to Suncrest elementary school. It is about 10 minutes away from WVU. The only downside would be that there are no restaurants nearby, but they are only about a 5 to 10 minute drive away. I did have bugs when I moved in, and it took a while to get rid of them (like 6 months) however, when they changed companies, they were able to get rid of them all and I have not had any problems since. I have not had any safety concerns since moving in. Comcast is the only cable/internet provider available.
