Great landlord, great location
Ryan is very responsive to any issues we have. The location is nice, close to the law school and you do not need to go across any major intersections. It is also pet friendly

Great location
Landlord, Ryan, takes payment on Venmo and is very responsive to any issues you might have. He usually arrives within an hour or so to see what the issue is. Units and grounds are well maintained, and pets are allowed. Biggest plus is that we do not rent from a corporation and Ryan is very reasonable.
