Newberry Apartments
I love living at Newberry because of how quiet the apartment complex is. I rarely hear my neighbors and it is far enough away from the football stadium that game-day noise is a non-issue. Lots of other graduate students, residents, and healthcare professionals live in the complex for similar reasons. It is on the more expensive side, but I find its location very convenient and worth the cost. There is a gym on the first floor of the apartment and a pool across the street that tenants have access to.

Comfortable and spacious
Newberry is newer, with good quality appliances, heating, utilities, and the apartments are spacious and clean. Living here is very comfortable. Very close to the hospital and HSC.

Great
Amazing apartment have been there since they first opened and lived there while working before school. My only complaint is that rent raised by 70 dollars during pandemic.

Quiet, clean, updated, spacious
Newberry is fantastic. There’s an elevator in the center of the building which is nice for carrying in lots of groceries, etc. It was built in 2018 so it’s very new and modern. Extremely spacious. Each unit has a porch big enough for a small table and chairs. The residents are mostly all young professionals or elderly individuals. It’s very quiet which is great for studying. Parking is so easy and close to the doors. 3-4 minute drive to the law school if you take the back way by the stadium. 5 minute drive if you go around the long way. 3 minute drive to the Suncrest towne center (Kroger).
