Good apartment
I’m not too much of a stickler as long as there are no bugs and rodents (which there aren’t). The apartment is good. It’s spacious with high ceilings (I’m on the top floor). The only issues I have is that there are a few leaks but nothing

Good location and cheap rent!
It was a close walk to the hospital. However, it was up on a very high hill and made driving sometimes dangerous. Maintenance was very easy. It was just hard for game days for friends to come park. Otherwise, very nice location and cheap!
