Budget friendly

Pros- budget and family friendly, 10 minutes from campus, great pool, gym, move-in ready (clean, painted, new flooring), maintenance has been very responsive when issues do arise, very pet friendly, clean laundry facilities

Cons- Our specific unit does not have an in-unit laundry unit and the laundry facility costs $3 total/load (wash & dry), in-unit laundry is available for select units but they cost more monthly
