Not worth the money
Kind of out of the way from campus and not worth the money. I plan on moving to a cheaper apartment closer to campus once one opens up. There are a lot of spots to walk my dog, but they haven't built a dog park on the property yet.

Highly recommended
Excellent amenities, best you can find in Columbia. Located next to a lake with a walking/running trail, has a full-fledged gym and resort-style pool at the clubhouse. Cannot recommend enough, if you’re willing to pay a little more than the median.

Aria
Aria has been super helpful and easy to work with, but they are slow responding to emails. The best way to have a quick response is visiting the office or calling them. We just moved in recently, but I’ve enjoyed the experience so far. There is a gym, dog park, lake with a trail, and more.
As a side note, I would stay away from anything owned by Element. I had planned on being there this year, but they did not provide me with a suitable apartment, and I had to find someone to sublease. They dollared me to death, and it was nearly impossible to talk to anyone about the situation. I have also been told by others that live there that maintenance requests do not get filled.

Have enjoyed it!
I have really enjoyed aria. They allow me to have a dog which I love, and have a gym, pool, and walking trail.

Expensive but great
The Aria Apartment Complex provides fantastic access to amenities but all in all, is probably not worth the expense when compared to similar apartments at a lower price point. They are next to a bar-restaurant and sponsors social happy hours and similar events. These social opportunities are impactful when you're moving to a new area and do not know anyone, but they are not "worth" the extra 400/ month.

Aria Apartments
Amenities are great and many perks are offered through the leasing office such as social hours and pet spa days. The only downside is that it is a bit of a drive to campus and utilities/wifi are not included.

Pretty good
Has been good for the most part. Walls/ceilings are pretty thin so I can always hear my neighbors and assume they can hear me.

Great
Just do it. It's expensive but worth it. You will have no problems. They are great.
