Gets the job done
It's not a fancy place but it's affordable and functional. Interior is very dated but it's clean. Not an abundance of storage but enough. I enjoy the balcony for grilling and growing plants in the summer.

Not terrible but not great.
I've only lived in this apartment for a few months and have enjoyed most of my time! It's 3 miles away from campus, which I like because it is away from the college scene. Pretty quiet area filled with residential homes. On the other hand there is a house nearby with a very chatty dog that is constantly left outside. The only neighbor I've been able to hear has been the apartment above mine, which has been the worst part about living here. Love the property manager, Monica, she is absolutely the sweetest and has gone out of her way to accept packages for me and answer any question that I have!!
