You Get What You Pay For
I live in Ohio full time and only needed a place to crash while attending classes for my doctoral program. My building appears to be an old motel. The grounds are dirty and unkept, all the buildings are old, residents are a mix of students, military (lower enlisted ranks), and the very poor (many mentally ill, elderly, or migrants). Walls are paper thin and you hear everything. My car has been hit in the parking lot, the area is very loud (Sethchild and Clafflin sirens and hotrods), and the police or fire department respond to something here at least weekly (fires, fights, overdoses). Fine for me (living on an army cot and card table), but I would not recommend it to anyone staying here for a longer term. Benefits - cheapest available, walking distance (1 mile) to campus, and offers 10-month leases.

Affordable
It's a good property for the money you pay, and it's close to dillons.

Park Place Review
One of the oldest apartment buildings in Manhattan so some features are a little dated, but honestly living here has been a great experience. The management is always friendly and issues are resolved so promptly, maintenance people are always quick and polite, and there is plenty of parking for all of the tenants.
