Muse Apartments
The two primary reasons I choose this building was the walkable distance to school and the pet friendliness. The management was really easy to work with for move in and they've been very responsive to maintenance issues. The amenities are great and the rooftop is wonderful. This is a pricier option, but the convenience to school makes it worth it for me.

Overpriced and Underserviced
This place seemed awesome because of the location to the law school, covered parking, etc. But I would warn students that the actual amount you end up paying monthly is around double what is listed as the "monthly" rate by the time you add all the other utilities, parking, garbage, etc. That was difficult for me because I was completely new to Colorado and wasn't expecting that at all. I ran out of my student loans part of the way through the month and couldn't pay my rent the whole month of December. The people who work there aren't particularly nice or helpful. The apartment itself is nice, with some nice things like a washer and dryer. But it has no overhead lights and NO cell phone service inside the building. It's on a busy street and pretty loud. The lawn service people come at 8AM on saturdays.

Pricey but Quality
The apartment is high quality and you are getting what you are paying for. Good appliances, well-built cabinetry, etc. Large bedrooms, large closets, large bathrooms, with a modern aesthetic that can allow for a high-class living experience. Electricity, cable, parking and internet are not included so expect monthly payments to be a bit higher than the base price for the apartment. Awesome rooftop with mountain views and comfortable seating to catch some sun. Gym is on the small side but has the essentials and utilize high quality equipment.

Spacious, newly-built apartments close to campus
It's expensive, but the apartments are spacious, modern, and trendy and walking distance to Daniels. Key fob and mobile app access to secure building. Underground parking, small gym, great rooftop area, and perfect apartments for having classmates over. There have been some safety/security issues (bike/ski room was broken into last year) and one of the elevators breaks down frequently, but management has been pretty responsive about getting it fixed.
