Muse Apartments

I love my apartment and the location. It’s super new with all new appliances and gorgeous wood floors. The location cannot be beat as it is right across from Korbel on the corner of Iliff and S University, so my walk to class is only 5 minutes.

The large downside is it is extremely expensive, but I am splitting rent with my partner. The gym is also very small, so I end up using the campus gym anyways. There is also no pool.

This apartment is very close to the campus and open to international students. They also accept international deposit certificates. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and they proactively address any issues that may arise. Additionally, they have an excellent security system that makes me feel very safe. The overall cleanliness of the building is also well-maintained, there is nothing I can complain about.

Do not expect excellent customer service. Expect lazy leasing agents who would rather be hostile towards you instead of helping you with concerns. The building itself is nice, but the "customer service" could use a ton of work.

Great location and convenience being right across the street from Daniels. The complex feels very safe, and other residents are generally kind and courteous. Management can sometimes be a bit hard to communicate with and occasionally unfriendly/slightly rude but has not caused any significant issues.

It's definitely expensive but super convenient as a DU student.

The apartment is fantastic highly recommend living here if possible. One of the few places that doesn't excessively raise rent and management is quite polite.

I lived in this apartment for three years. Initially the building was well maintained. Overtime, the building quality degraded with inadequate maintenance. The garage door was damaged at some point and had been left in the open position for many months with no repair. As a result, vehicles were broken into on a regular basis. The management would send out emails blaming residents for the break-ins. The bike room was also broken into on a regular basis. The common areas, including the gym and hallways, are not cleaned often enough. The cost of these apartments are much too high for the actual quality of the building.
