Great
This apartment is way better than my last apartment. In order to enter the apartment, you need key card access. If you have a package, it is usually placed in an Amazon locker. The leasing office is very responsive. The parking deck is nice as well.

Link IQ Apartment Review
My apartment has been great thus far. It is in the perfect location so I can take a quick walk across the street to Bailey Park or up the hill to explore Trade St. The apartment has a lot of med students (since the medical school is right across the street also) as well as a good amount of older people I have noticed. It is always quiet, I have had no annoyances and have been able to focus on my schoolwork well. The parking is great - you can drive up to your floor and there are always so many spots.

I enjoy living downtown because it is close to bars and restaurants, and I can easily take the shuttle to campus! It is slightly more expensive than housing near Wake.

Great apartment!
Great apartment! It does get a little loud when the train rolls by but you get used to it. Super easy to get to school! Management is super nice and always willing to help! I live alone and feel completely safe.

Great location, residents, amenities, and building management!
Great location, residents, amenities, and building management!
Location - 8 minute drive to campus; Wake bus also stops right across the street. Walkable neighborhood with restaurants and ambience. Across from three park areas.
Residents - Med school, doctors, and Law school students; Quiet halls and common areas; Respectful neighbors.
Amenities - Up to date, beautiful design, and always kept immaculate.
Building Management - Any issue? It will be resolved that day if not within 24 hours. Truly. Responsive, effective, creative, and approachable.
The downside - nearby train on Chestnut St is very, very loud and comes by multiple times per day. Nevertheless, the building is worth it.
