Town Walk
I live with two friends from home and we all feel like Town Walk is very communicative, helpful, safe, and enjoyable. Management is great and the apartment itself is very nice.

Review
The only downside of living in this apartment was that we dealt with a bug infestations; however, management was super responsive.

Friendly Management and Community
We are having a great experience at Town Walk. The management is very helpful and the community is great. We love having the Farmington Canal in our back yard. The price is a little higher than that of other areas, but I would say the community, location, and management make up for it.

Town Walk
Town Walk has great management and an awesome community feel. A ton of the class lives there so it's easy to walk to friend's houses to hang out or host gatherings. My only complaint with it would be that no utilities are included and some of the units are extremely dark with very little sunlight.

Decent place for students
Lots of other med students and grad students live here and it has been a decent place. There is a pool and small gym. Complaints are that the walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors walking around upstairs all the time. Lots of families with young kids live here so it is not an apartment where you can have large gatherings often. the dumpster is pretty far away from a lot of apartments. not sure that I would recommend a first floor apartment due to the noise and privacy. overall, I have not really had any issues living here and it would be somewhere safe to live especially for first year.

Pricey, but no complaints
I have had a great experience at town walk so far. The gym has been great. Maintenance is quick to reply. The proximity to grocery stores and school has been great as well.

Overall great apartment
They have great amenities, the apartments themselves are nice and have good amenities including washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a/c. Management has been responsive to our maintenance requests. It’s in a good location as well, close to gyms, grocery stores, a walking trail, only 15 mins from downtown New Haven and 15 minutes from school.

Nice gym, common location
Gym is nice, close to campus. Many Netter students live here! Near Hamden shops!

Great, safe, gorgeous, but very expensive.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Town Walk and have especially loved how close the Farmington Trail is to me. When I had a maintenance issue they resolved it within 24 hours and it was really easy to put in the request. Hamden Hills in general is a very safe area, especially for a single, young woman like myself. Honestly, the only bad thing I can say about living here is just how outrageously expensive it is (that's why I'm moving out next year). If it was more affordable, I would have stayed all four years here. The only other thing that's been a nuisance is how sensitive the fire alarms are. They go off pretty often any time I cook, but I put in a maintenance request and they seemed to fix it.

Great complex, expensive
Town Walk is a great place to live, but highly encourage roommates. Amenities are good, complex is clean and safe, maintenance is fast and responsive. Big drawback is price, as it can be expensive for one person. With a roommate or partner splitting, it is a good place.
