Good company/location
Pierce Arrow is one of the few (from what I've heard) rental companies downtown that are responsive and take care of their apartments. Some of the Boulevard apartments are old, and you kind of have to accept that going into it. They do preventative maintenance, which most don't! Allows pets. The only issue I have with the historic buildings is they don't have elevators so moving into the third floor is a pain! For safety, most of their buildings have locked from doors to enter the building, so I find it to be a very safe experience!
