Pricey, but great location and pet friendly

I have loved my time at the Euclid and in CWE so far and a student from out of state. The apartment is safe, as you need a key to get in and use the elevators, which only works for your floor and parking for added security. It’s pet friendly and I live with my cat. The area around it is great as I can walk to many shops and restaurants, and to Forest Park. Maintenance is responsive and I haven’t had any issues with pests. Parking is not included, and costs $175 a month, so combined with electricity, water, and sewer fees, there are significant costs not included in monthly rent. The parking garage is very tight, and sometimes blocked by cars, dumpsters, trucks, and ice. There is no guest parking either, so friends have to pay, come after 7pm, or risk getting ticketed in a heavily checked area to visit.
