Good location
The apt is near Ross and a lot of other MBA students. The management company is very responsive when it comes to issues

Great Option for Pet Owners!
Ann Arbor properties are not plentiful for dog owners. Cats are generally fine in many places, but dog apartments are few and far between. I would say this apartment is a great find and option for anyone with a dog (small, medium, and large are welcome here). The apartments are fair for the price (if you have a roommate), and the dogs will enjoy the ease of walking nearby.

Functional and affordable
The apartment is not fancy at all, but it is in walking distance to Ross. It is about a 12 minute walk. There are Rossers who live on all sides which is nice. The building is quiet, have not had any issue with neighbors. However, the unit is bare-bones. There is nothing fancy about it, but it meets all of our needs. It is a small two bedroom unit.

Good Option for Pet Owner
Ann Arbor unfortunately, due to the campus nature, doesn't have a lot of options near campus for dogs. Cats are allowed at most properties, but being a pet parent of a 15lb Pomeranian, I knew I needed to secure an apartment from limited options. This complex has its flaws (the plow service is a little slow, thinish walls, and a 12-min walk from Campus), but it well-kept and a cute modern apartment. For a person looking to live alone it was actually cheaper and better for me to rent a two bedroom, because of the dog -- go figure. I like that I can still walk home to check on my dog between classes too. NOTE: We live near train tracks. You will hear trains, sometimes at inopportune moments of the day/early morning. Also, with a new apartment complex coming in next door, you will hear that construction for the next year 2017-2018. I was concerned about walking at night with my pet around here, nothing has come up yet to substantiate that worry. Great location if you love football Saturdays.
